PowerPoint Tips |
Some tips for creating PowerPoint presentations in lessons: |
| 1. The best use of PowerPoint is to create visual stimuli or multimedia learning activities in a lesson - to use images rather than just words. | |||
| 2. Good images can be found all over the internet but one of the most useful is www.google.com - go on the images section and type in the topic you want. For religious art the National Gallery and the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C. is useful. | |||
3. The effects on PowerPoint seem fun at first but keep the transitions simple as swirling sentences etc. distract rather than help to focus on content - it also gets a bit annoying after a while! | ||
| 4. If you create a good presentation and are willing to share it please send it in - we'd be really grateful! | |||
